Geographical Delivery Limitations
For customers outside Singapore who wish to place bulk or wholesale orders, delivery will be arranged via third-party logistics providers. Shipping fees will be based on the courier's rates or as per the terms agreed upon in a separate contract between both parties. -
Responsibility of the Merchant and Logistics Providers Regarding Shipping Documentation

The logistics provider is responsible for providing shipment-related documentation during the delivery process.

The courier partner has the right and responsibility to issue invoices to regulatory authorities upon request.

Goods will be delivered according to the principle of “sealed and intact packaging.”

All parcels will include the following information:

Recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address.

Order tracking number.

For order verification and complaint resolution, Perdays.sg will include an invoice with every shipment. The invoice also helps verify market value, ensure legal circulation, and support return/refund cases.

Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Shipping
In the case of damage caused during delivery—whether by our own delivery team or a third-party logistics provider—Perdays will take full responsibility to resolve the issue with the customer.
Customers have the right to reject damaged items and request a return or refund in accordance with our return policy. We will then work directly with our delivery partners to claim compensation based on the cooperation agreement with the third-party service provider.
Note: In case of delivery delays, we will promptly inform the customer. Customers may choose to cancel the order or continue waiting for the shipment.
